Job description:In close collaboration with the Head of Lab and R&D Department the role encompasses:(a) Research & Development: conduct R&D activities on both internal OMCD Group projects and external initiatives, including those co-funded by the European Union.(b) Laboratory Support: provide technical and analytical support for the production of Ready-To-Press powders at the OMCD Tek Hub and Hardy Metalurgica facilities.(c) Analytical & Commercial Support: perform materials analyses and offer scientific assistance to the OMCD Group's commercial division.(d) Process Development & Plant Management: develop, commission, and, where required, oversee the operation of raw-material recovery plants.(e) Methodology Development: develop and introduce advanced analytical and design methodologies typ...
